Our trailer has sufficient onboard water and power for at least 200 drinks. The trailer does use a generator (inverter style that is not as loud). If you expect that your event will have more than 200 guests, we will discuss options to accommodate. *

Payment Type

Private/Corporate Cash Bar - $200 plus a 100 item minimum purchase from attendees.

Private/Corporate Open Bar - $750, includes up to 100 items. +$5/drink over 100.

Large Public Event - Thanks for the invite!

Pricing Terms: *

Bookings include 2 hours of service. If additional time is requested, a fee of $100 per hour will be added. A non-refundable deposit of $200 will be due to book the reservation. Dates are not held or reserved until the deposit is received. For Cash Bar events, if the minimum number of items served is not met during the scheduled service time, the host will make up the difference at $5 per item. Items are considered to be drinks and pre-ordered pastries. If your event is located over 20 miles from our cafe (662 Canton Rd, Akron Ohio), there will be a mileage fee of $1 per mile added to your bill for each mile traveled over 20 miles.
