COFFEE TRAILER PRICING
Pricing for the Artisan Coffee Trailer depends on whether or not you’d like an open bar, as well as two additional factors that may affect the cost for your specific event.
There are two different Coffee Bar options you can choose from:
Option 1: Open Bar
Guests will NOT PAY for drinks/pastries at the event.
The cost for an open bar is $750 plus $5 for each item over 100 items (items are considered to be drinks and pre-ordered pastries).
There is no charge if under 100 items are served at the event.
For example:
An event where 110 drinks/pastries were served would cost $800 ($750 base open bar cost + $5 x 10 for the ten items over 100).
An event where 90 drinks/pastries were served would cost $750.
An event where 100 drinks/pastries were served would cost $750.
Option 2: Cash Bar
Guests PAY for their drinks/pastries at the time they order them from the trailer.
This option costs $200 and there is a 100 item minimum.
If you do not meet the minimum of 100 items there is a charge of $5 per item to make up the difference.
For example:
An event where 100 items were served would cost you $200.
An event where 80 items were served would cost you $300 ($200 base cash bar cost + $5 x 20 for twenty items below the 100 item minimum).
Two other factors THAT may also affect the cost of your event:
1. Timing:
The pricing above includes 2 hours of service. If you'd like to have the trailer for longer than 2 hours, additional time is $100 per hour.
2. Distance:
If your event is over 20 miles from our Cafe (662 Canton Rd, Akron Ohio), a mileage fee will be added for each additional mile traveled over 20 miles at $1 per mile.
