HOST A FUNDRAISER WITH US

We love being part of our local community and are committed to supporting it!

Getting a bunch of people together to enjoy coffee, food, and conversation is one of our favorite things. Throw in supporting a good cause and it’s a WIN-WIN!

How does it work?

  1. Fill out the application below. Once approved, we’ll work with you to set a date and time for the event. Dine to Donate events run for 4 hours on their scheduled date.

  2. Tell everyone in your organization to come! (We’re happy to host but marketing and promotion of the event will be your responsibility.)

  3. Be sure to let you supporters know to mention your organization when placing their order. They simply need to let the baristas working know they’re here for the fundraiser.

  4. Shortly after the fundraiser, we will donate 30% of the proceeds of your supporters back to your organization!

We support organizations such as local schools, youth sports teams, and non-profits.

A few more notes:

  • Dine to donate events take place during regular business hours and are not private events. We do not reserve tables for dine to donate events and expect the organization hosting the dine to donate fundraiser at Artisan Coffee to respect other guests in the cafe not here for the event. Please do not solicit or advertise to guests in the cafe who are not here for the fundraiser.

  • Requests must be received at least 4 weeks in advance.

  • Only food and drink purchases will be counted towards the fundraiser.

  • Artisan Coffee is not responsible for promoting or marketing any dine to donate events.

  • Limit 1 fundraiser per organization every 6 months. (No advertising the fundraiser to customers at our store)
