We take the concept of Artisan very seriously and work hard to embody this in every team member. An Artisan is defined as the following: a person skilled in an applied art; a craftsperson who makes a high-quality or distinctive product in small quantities, usually by hand or using traditional methods.

Everything we do, whether drinks, pastry, food or decor, we do as Artisans.

We strive to maintain a healthy staff culture and believe that starts with those in charge, but is also largely dependent on each employee doing their part and fulfilling their role.  This is what makes Artisan Coffee a great place to work, and one that brings joy to the whole team!  

There is always work for each person to do.  We expect everyone to welcome and serve customers, making them a priority.  We also expect everyone to self initiate, seeking to complete all the duties assigned to them.

While we do maintain a strong work ethic,  Artisan Coffee is one big family! We love to joke, we care about what is going on in each other's lives, and we serve one another.  We respect our other teammates and champion their strengths.
