After putting his guitar and mandolin down to concentrate on his family and career in 2004, Charley Bowman picked up his instruments as covid was kicking in and started writing songs again. He rediscovered his love of traditional folk music, and singer-songwriters, too many to list.
His performances included many of his original songs and some well known and lesser known folk and traditional songs.
He is now playing around northeast Ohio as a solo artist, and as a member of the Americana trio Folk Paper Scissors.
